Vintage WWII 1945 Diving Helmet Brass Shallow Water Vintage Scuba LYONS MARITIME
From the Lyons Maritime Museum collection. Antique Original, WWII 1945, MORSE shallow water diving helmet. Dents/ dings are not from use, and are from age and care throughout the years. Ll original, including wing nuts and front window. The window is glass, and marked PLATE, (see 5th photo).
Later models had plastic windows. Window frame is missing one small screw, (also, 5th photo). Stamped above window 385, and then with a four digit serial number 4636, (photos 3 & 4). Approximately 22"H x 12"W x 14 front to back. We have another similiar hat in our collection, converted in to a fish tank!
